Operations Associate
We are looking for an Operations Associate that will support the day-to-day operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of internal processes and client services.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative and operational support to our team
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
- Maintain internal systems and databases with accurate, up-to-date information
- Support onboarding processes for new clients, vendors, or team members
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
- Perform other administrative or operations-related duties when needed
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration and execution
- Ability to manage time and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with operations or administrative support in a service-oriented company is a plus
