Operations Associate

We are looking for an Operations Associate that will support the day-to-day operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of internal processes and client services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to our team
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
  • Maintain internal systems and databases with accurate, up-to-date information
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients, vendors, or team members
  • Generate reports and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
  • Perform other administrative or operations-related duties when needed

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration and execution
  • Ability to manage time and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with operations or administrative support in a service-oriented company is a plus
