Accounting Specialist
As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering accounting support within a fast-paced, centralized financial services environment and serve community associations throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide back-office accounting support to regional Account Managers
- Manage accounts receivable invoicing across multiple entities
- Execute month-end accruals and financial reporting tasks
- Process, verify, and approve payment vouchers across multiple entities
- Perform regular check runs and manage invoice and check filing systems
- Perform additional accounting support tasks when needed
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with client accounting practices
