Accounting Specialist

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering accounting support within a fast-paced, centralized financial services environment and serve community associations throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide back-office accounting support to regional Account Managers
  • Manage accounts receivable invoicing across multiple entities
  • Execute month-end accruals and financial reporting tasks
  • Process, verify, and approve payment vouchers across multiple entities
  • Perform regular check runs and manage invoice and check filing systems
  • Perform additional accounting support tasks when needed

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Familiarity with client accounting practices
